The Crash, The Bailout And The Theft Of Ireland’s Resources

As Ireland’s government steers the country into an economic black hole there are many of us left scratching our heads as to why they are not using the massive wealth of this nation to fund the recovery and our future, and to tell the bankers where to go with their imaginary gambling debts.

As I’ve watched this country self-destruct over the last two years since the derivatives bubble was burst, I ask myself why is it happening? Why in a country rich with investment, talent, and resources and with a reasonably healthy economy with good exports, is the whole thing spiraling into a never ending cycle of un-payable debt? Believe me it is un-payable, just like all the third world debt issued by the IMF and World Bank before this.

We all know by now that the bankrupt international banks, who issue credit out of thin air, crippled the industries that support our jobs and thus our economy and sent the whole world crashing into what many believe from understanding history, is a deliberate recession from which, as history shows, the main banks will once again come out the other side more wealthy and larger than before. One need only look at the 1907 and 1929 crashes to see this consolidation process in action in the years that followed.

None of us Joe Public were in particularly problematic debt. Just the normal loans for a home and a car, nothing special. Nothing we couldn’t manage on our salaries. Yet still here we are now indebted, by the actions of a government with no mandate, to the tune of around €18,000 for every man, woman and child in the country. The interest alone will cost around €3,000 per year in extra taxes for every working person in the country before any of the principle loan is paid off.

So how are we expected to pay back this loan for a debt that we never incurred in the first place? A debt that only exists in the ups and downs of market values and shares in a fictional world of computerised credit, and not a single solid asset in sight. Yes, you guessed it. We are to pay the fictional debt with our real assets. Those being our labour, our children’s labour and our grandchildren’s labour, as well as the selling off of our public services to private corporations owned by the banks to be run for profit by them. These will include our roads for tolling, our health services, our utilities like the ESB and Bord Gais, and our water suppliers, even our ports and airports.

It doesn’t stop there though because as well as these institutions and all their associated assets, which will undoubtedly be asset stripped, the bankers are looking to take our €20+ billion of national pension fund which has been accumulated to pay the pensions of the people of Ireland in just such a difficult period. Finally, and the nub of this article, the international bankers will be given by our government the country’s tangible wealth in the form of land, minerals, our forestry, and most importantly our fuel resources in gas and oil.

Unbeknown to most people in Ireland, this country is one of the wealthiest countries in the world for natural mineral wealth. An inspection of the applications for mining licenses will reveal among other precious minerals like zinc and lead, a wealth of silver and gold buried under the ground. In fact the volumes of minerals found in Ireland per square mile make it the richest country in the world for mineral deposits. This is very valuable and why this has not been exploited is unexplained. Yet there is another kind of gold that Ireland possesses in spades that is being exploited now. The black gold !

Off the west coast of Ireland there is an enormous volume of oil and gas. The government (Dept. of Communications, Energy Natural Resources) themselves valued west coast deposits in 2008 at €540 billion although the price of oil and gas then was a fraction of what it is now. This is a resource that could give everyone in Ireland free energy in the same way that Norway funnel their oil wealth to their people, and still make huge profits selling energy to the UK and Europe.

The Corrib oil field currently being exploited by Shell, that we hear about for all the wrong reasons, is the only oil and gas field the public are aware of, but there are huge basins of oil and gas known to exist off Limerick and Kerry. One in particular called Dunquin gas field which is a proven field and is described by the operator (Exxon/Mobil) as “one of the biggest fields in the world” containing an estimated 25 trillion cubic feet of gas and over 4 billion barrels of oil. This alone could keep Ireland running for over 60 years.

The reserves off the west and north west coasts in total have been estimated at around 130 billion barrels of oil and 50 trillion cubic feet of gas. A virtual underwater Saudi Arabia. Yet it doesn’t end there. The Lough Allen Basin is a huge inland gas field in the northwest which has been known for some 40 years now and contains 9.4 trillion cubic feet of gas. Enough to power Ireland for the next 25 years but it has has yet to be tapped. There are known fields off the south coast that have yet to be announced.

Furthermore, new oil and gas basins have been announced this year off the coast of Dublin by Tony O’Reilly’s company Providence Resources and it’s UK partners. O’Reilly is also partnering Exxon in Dunquin. The east coast fields have been estimated in the hundreds of billions in value to Ireland and yet along with the riches of the west and south, the inland gas and the wealth of minerals that we are literally tripping over here, we are still bankrupt ! Does this make any sense to you?

Unfortunately over the last 35 years successive governments have eliminated all of Ireland’s rights to capitalise on it’s own resources. They have legislated away their percentage share of the gas and oil down from 50% to 0%. Yes zero. So the oil and gas is wholly owned by the oil companies royalty free. Successive ministers like Ray Burke and Bertie Ahern have been instrumental in this process which even saw the reduction in tax on oil profits to only 25% where other countries charge almost 70%. This also is only payable after all exploration and development costs are deducted as well as future decommissioning costs which effectively negates the corporation tax too.

Ireland should be the richest country in Europe with the majority of Europe’s oil and gas and fishing waters, as well as the richest mineral deposits. Yet our government has given the fisheries away to the EU, many of the mining operations are owned by foreign companies and now all the energy reserves have been given away to large multinational companies who are under no obligation to even sell the gas or oil to Ireland and we will be forced to buy our own gas and oil back at market prices from the oil giants.

This situation cannot possibly be accidental. The legislating away of our resources was a deliberate act and in this writers opinion it would seem to be a criminal act of some description. This kind of intergenerational legislative deceit could only be done with cooperation and foreknowledge and looks on the surface to be the biggest fraud ever perpetrated in the history of the state.

It even far exceeds the apparent fraud of the bank bailout wherein we the people are paying off UK and German banks, who held high risk bonds in bad banks, by using loans from the very same UK and German banks to pay their bonds, and we are charged interest for the privilege of bailing out their gambling debts to boot. Does this seem right to anyone except our politicians? Nobody of sound mind could fail to see the deliberate fraud of this and the role being played by our government in assisting this.

When the government accept this IMF bailout they will be relinquishing control of the nation and handing over the financial management of the country to the IMF, which in effect is only a front for the UK and German banks that funded the bailout. It is therefore they who will decide that Irelands assets are sold off and to who. Watch this space and we will find with very little investigation that subsidiary companies of the banks may well benefit greatly from this fire sale.

Already Bertie Ahern in his cushy new job as head of the International Forestry Fund, a corporation set up by a Swiss financial services provider Helvetia Wealth AG, is bidding to buy and privatise Coalite, which controls all Irelands forestry. This would mean 7% of Ireland’s land mass would be in the hands of one of these international banks. It was a recommendation of the An Bord Snip Nua report in 2009 and the appointment of Ahern in 2010 tells me that this was probably already a done deal before the bailout ever reared it’s head.

The level of collusion to pull off this takeover of assets has to go to the highest levels of government in order to orchestrate this over such a long period of time, because not only was the oil and gas legislation nullified but so was the banking control legislation in the same period.

Indeed if we look to those people who have been in positions of power and also regularly attended secret meetings like the annual Bilderberg meeting or the Tri-lateral Commission meeting along with all of these bankers, oil companies, other multinationals and politicians in Europe and worldwide, then we may be seeing the root of the conflict of interests of our own politicians and should ask who are they really working for?

If these meetings aren’t shady enough it is made more suspicious by the fact that the Tri-lateral Commission meeting this year was held over three days in Dublin this Spring, without ever getting a mention on the national news despite 300 of the world’s richest and most powerful people being in Dublin and being dined by the President.

If we want to know why we are being asset stripped, then this is a good place to start to find your culprits, and perhaps these are he questions that people should be asking the election canvassers this week instead of who is going to fill the potholes?

7/7 Ripple Effect and the End of Justice in Ireland

John Anthony Hill’s appeal in the Irish Supreme Court against extradition to the UK was defeated yesterday. This means the judge in the case gave precedence to a European arrest warrant over and above the Irish Constitution which protects our political views. This decision proves once and for all that the Irish legal system is totally corrupt and working in league with the criminal state authorities of Ireland and their masters in the UK and Europe, and are under the control of the Bar Council which is based in London and is used now as their weapon of control.

It is an incredible decision when you consider how many times the UK has been found guilty of criminal activity and perjury against innocent people in the past. One only need look back to the 1970s during the troubles in the north of Ireland when high profile cases like the Birmingham 6 and the Guildford 4 put innocent people in prison for half their lives without evidence. Now in the present they commit torture and rendition and the false flag 7/7 event that for the first time in British legal history had no trial or inquest at the behest of the government. In light of this it is impossible to understand how a judge could approve this extradition unless he was involved in a cover-up

After that you will understand why the British State is going to such extraordinary lengths to pursue this man and cover-up their crimes. Only the guilty would try to imprison a man for life for sending a CD to a Kingston courthouse clerk to distribute to the judge and jury foreman if they saw fit

On a side note, it is also very interesting that they scheduled this for 11 AM on 11.11. This (11) is the power number of the ruling cartel and they use it for many of their “events” from fake terror to financial crashes or other disasters, to unlawful legislation and important speeches or announcements. This undoubtedly is one of these important events for them as it represents the destruction of sovereign justice in ireland and the complete takeover of the legal system by outside agencies

 

John Hill will not receive a fair trial in Britain, that is a given. When one sees the efforts the new government are going to to cover up information relating to the latest narrow and limited inquest into the 7/7 event one can see exactly what will occur if he goes to trial. Surprisingly though he remains upbeat about it and sees it as an opportunity to get his film shown in court as evidence. I have a feeling however that the trial judge will rule it inadmissible.

This must not be allowed stand, for if this man goes down, then anyone of us cold be next. i don’t think you or I or anyone wants to live in a world where criminals control the government, media and the courts. Time to start the change

 

Major False Flag Warning for November 6th 2010 ?????

If you have read my website over the last 4 years you will notice I have covered the subjects of false flag events being predicted in tv and film, or rather the message has been planted there for us for our tacit approval of what is to be done to us.

I have also written on the usefulness to the elites of their puppet presidents, whether they are more useful alive or dead, and on the many steps they take to implement their surveillance police state of the future. Well I get a feeling they could all be coming together right now

November of 2010 has long been predicted by many different sources over the last few years as the time when an event will happen that will be a catalyst to a third world war. Of course we know from real history that the first two wars were totally contrived and funded by the same people trying to make this one happen. It serves their interests geopolitically and socially as well as monetarily.

The area mostly commonly identified with the start of this war has been predicted not as Iran as many might think, but the juncture between India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and China and Russia. With the US and NATO sitting in Afghanistan you have the makings of a huge conflict of alliances, but you need something to start it off. Well there have always been border disputes between China and India. China is very friendly with Pakistan who also have border and territory disputes with India. Pakistan as well as India is suffering tremendously under the infiltration of the western elites’ agents. the Mumbai gun attacks was a case in point. A false flag event in which the top team in the Indian anti terror unit, who were cleaning up far too successfully, were all assassinated during the event.

The infiltration is now at government and intelligence levels in these countries and the cracks are showing. An orchestrated war with a NATO/Indian alliance contrived to face a Pakistani/Chinese alliance possibly spreading to Russia and all the former soviets around Iran. It would spread of course. Who really knows which way they are going to plan it, I cannot say for sure, but plan it they will and they are.

So how to get it started? Well I wrote previously about how useful is Obama to the elites. He was useful for the last two years to soft soap and sweet talk the American public into accepting the bankers’ biggest heist of their wealth in the country’s history. He oversaw the destruction of the economy while convincing the plebs he was fixing it. He even managed to get the first stage of the eugenics programme through in the various bills affecting health. However as the mid term elections have shown his time of usefulness to them may be coming to an end, but when a man is no longer useful alive, he can sometimes be more useful dead. Perhaps it is more than a coincidence that a lot of Obamas zionist staffers have been making quiet exits recently. Perhaps they know something he doesn’t.

So now we have a 4 day visit about to start from the 6th to the 9th of November by Obama to India. The newspapers are full of stories about how they are taking 3000 people including all his fanily and spending 200 million dollars a day on security. Well it would seem to me to be the perfect opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. Remove the salesman who can no longer sell, and as a result get the security budget tripled and blame a rogue nation for the killing of a president of the US. What more would you need to have all out war by Christmas? Imagine how many of the unemployed black community would join the marines after that?

Of course this you might say is all my personal speculation, and I suppose you would be right, but then the issue of predictive programming comes in. I didn’t say how it might happen but we are talking about a region being destabilised by the CIA MI5 and Mossad for decades, and an area with a lot of nuclear bombs, especially in a fracturing country like Pakistan. Now wouldn’t it be just too perfect for the NATO alliance to spread some more “good intelligence” that a bomb is in terrorist hands and set one off, perhaps one of the ones that was reported missing from the US military. Who knows for sure, but save letting off a nuke in a US city, this would be a less messy option for the US to keep it’s own counrty stable enough to still afford to go to war. It might also get the Indians into a nuclear retaliation.

However seeing as he has taken his family and a large number of CEOs of major companies, a crazy amount of security and a blank cheque book, then perhaps the event will actually be in the US after all and they just want to be out of the way in case the wind blows the fallout their way? We shall see.

So to this piece of video, It comes very nicely into focus this week because of the date that is hidden in the video. November 6th. I shall speculate no further, just watch and tell me what you think

One point in case relating to this is that many of you may remember the video to be found on YouTube that highlighted all the false flag events that happened in the US and plotted them to form a pentagram. Well that video predicted the Gulf of Mexico. Now though I noticed that one of the so far un-used points on the pentagram actually coincides with a town called Springfield, uncanny as this is the name of the town in the Simpsons video too. Just a thought

The Final Meltdown – Taking the truth on the road

Back on September 25th this year there was an event held in Ireland called “Wake Up Call”. It was held in the Spectrum Centre in the Shankhill Road in Belfast. The event was the second in a series of all day conferences organised by a UK based group that invites guest researchers from around the world to present and discuss their specific field of study. What the speakers have in common is that they all highlight different aspects of the unspoken reality behind much of what we see happening in the world today, or “what the media won’t tell you”.

The event was a great success by all accounts and featured talks on such diverse subjects as the world beyond 2012, the role of secret societies in today’s political system, the exposure of establishment level paedophile rings, and the job of alternative media. In addition to these speakers the event showcased our own Jim Corr on his very first speaking engagement, bringing his last four years of research to the stage in a presentation called “Joining the dots”.

What has come out of the success of the Belfast conference is an outcry from the general public for a dedicated Irish tour along the same lines. Many people in Ireland, and the world for that matter, seem to feel that there is an alarming lack of balance in our media and a lack of coverage of the real issues behind the news affecting us. So much so that they believe the media is nothing more than a political propaganda machine.

Many have turned to alternate sources for information like the internet,  independent radio stations, researchers and documentary makers, to find out the reality behind the spin of the mainstream news. The plummeting viewing, listening and readership figures of the media outlets bears out this trend. People have a craving for knowledge and in particular for truth and they are leaving the mainstream because they appear to have come to the conclusion that they cannot and will not find it there. The upsurge in traffic on Jim’s own website (jimcorr.com) is testament to this desire to get answers

As a result of this groundswell of opinion Jim got together with former oil industry executive and now independent researcher and lecturer in geopolitics Ian R Crane to do a seminar in Dublin. The event took place in the Ashling hotel on Park Gate Street on 22nd October and was attended by hundreds of people of all ages and backgrounds.

Jim Corr’s presentation gathered together the full scope of the research that he has published on his website over the last four years, summarised into two hours. It takes you from the starting point for the awakening of many minds, including Jim’s, that being the events of September 11th 2001, and carries you through the still unanswered questions surrounding that day. Then Jim takes you along the timeline following 911 through all the geopolitical and legal changes that have occurred as a direct result of that event, and attempts to ask the question “who benefits?” in the realms of the politicians, corporations and international bankers amongst others.

Jim goes on to explain their compartmentalised systems for control, and the relentless assault on human health from the food and water we consume to the chemicals and toxins that we involuntary take into our bodies both airborne and through vaccines. As you can imagine four years study is a lot to pack into two hours, so what Jim has done is to give you a lot facts that lead to a lot of questions about our reality for the audience to take away and research.

As Jim himself says “Taking this directly to the public will hopefully speed up the awareness of what is actually going on behind the scenes. The information we are presenting I believe is of vital importance to the general public. Unfortunately we are not being told the full truth by the mass media. Most people are still unaware of the bigger picture. Only with focused study and contemplation can we arrive at a decent understanding of the global agenda. I’ve done the research, now I’m bringing what I’ve learned into the public domain.”

Ian R Crane has teamed up with Jim at this particular time because of what he believes is the calamity about to befall this once great nation. Ian has been researching the geopolitical agenda for the last twelve years (see him at ianrcrane.co.uk) after leaving a three decade career in the oil industry. His work life gave him an insider’s view of how the world is manipulated on a global level by powerful money interests and he is now a seasoned lecturer on the geopolitical world that exists beyond the glare of the television news.

His polished presentation explains the who, why and wherefore of the financial system. The winners and losers, and the true nature and value (non-value) of money and how it comes into existence. The crux of the talk as the title suggests is that the economic free-fall that the world, and especially Ireland, find themselves in is yet another in a cycle of engineered booms and busts that serve only to transfer wealth up the social ladder.

The most worrying aspect of Ian’s research is that he feels that Ireland is a test run for a cycle of bankruptcies of every country in the western world and if Ireland capitulate (unlike Iceland who said no) to what would appear to be the “financial terrorism” of the international banks, then the marker will be set for the other nations. Furthermore, to pull off a coup like this there must be help from the inside at the very highest levels.

(Author’s note) Perhaps it should be noted that Ireland has already given away it’s gas and oil resources to bank owned private foreign corporate interests and is now about to sell off it’s forestry to the same way unless the Irish people do something to prevent it. The same thing is happening in the UK, Greece, Spain and Portugal and would appear to be under pressure from the money lenders. Any readers who are aware of the workings of the IMF for the last half century will recognise this as the way in which they have kept the African nations in perpetual debt at the cost of their natural resources.

The Dublin talk was an outstanding success and has now given birth to a tour that has grown organically simply by the efforts of local people who wish to get this important information to a wider audience, arranging venues in their home towns around the country. This is a grassroots movement to demand the truth from our media, and this is where it’s strength lies. I guarantee anyone who goes to see the show that they will never look at the mainstream media in the same way again. You will more likely be asking yourself what are the media  NOT telling me and WHY?

Ireland’s Drinking Water – Poisoned By Design

The other day I was looking at recent photos from from a younger relative’s album, and I noticed something as I turned page after page of the smiling faces of their friends. Something jumped out at me immediately as being painfully and obviously wrong. In every picture, every one of these smiling teenagers had brown and yellow teeth. Not one good white set amongst them and yet these are all middle class families with good dental hygiene. All of those handsome young adults’ smiles were destroyed by discoloured enamel. I was shocked and decided to investigate because this was not how I remember teeth when I was growing up, nor is it what I see from people I meet from other countries.

What I was seeing was the results of a lifetime of drinking fluoridated water, from the bottle to the pint. The staining, flaking and pitting of the teeth enamel caused by the interference in the laying down of the enamel layers during the formation of the teeth by the compound commonly known as Fluoride, that is added to our water supply.

Now it is an age old adage that the teeth are a window into the health of the body, Slave traders would always check the teeth of a potential purchase. So is this an indication of more serious problems in the body?

This substance is in fact a byproduct of the aluminium and fertilizer businesses and is classified as toxic waste so dangerous that it cannot be dumped. It is also used as an insecticide, in rat poison and as an ingredient in military nerve gas. A lethal dose of fluoride can in fact kill a human being in just two hours.

The toxicology report describes sodium fluoride as a “protoplasmic poison” which means that when it is dissolved in water it becomes readily absorbed through the mouth, throat and digestive tract. It can also be absorbed through the skin while you bathe and even inhaled.

The symptoms of fluoride poisoning are many and varied depending on exposure ranging from nausea, abdominal problems and sores to more serious problems like damage to the kidneys, thyroid gland, pineal gland, bone cancer, osteoporosis and neurological damage.

This is all common knowledge, so you may ask what on earth is causing the inertia in Ireland on the issue of fluoride? All around the world the practice of fluoridating water has been exposed as unsafe and has been removed from the supply, yet here in Ireland the advocates for it’s removal seem to be running into a stone wall of intransigence from the various government departments in the face of overwhelming evidence and best practice in other countries. No other country in Europe bar Britain (partially) fluoridates water.

Following this story over the years one couldn’t help but conclude that there was a determination to keep fluoride in the water regardless of whatever evidence is presented. Even to the point of defending the indefensible. So who is blocking this and why are they doing it?

Pressure has been mounting on the politicians of late. From what I have heard first hand there have been a plethora of people contacting representatives about this issue, especially the Green Party members of government. John Gormley himself promised some of my associates that the fluoride issue was currently under review and he was awaiting a new report. Although when pressed on why this report has not been published he had no answer.

His last report criticising fluoridation in 2006 was blocked at the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health and Children by the government. Indeed John Gormley seemed to have grasped the nettle back in 2007 when he went on RTE Prime Time and demanded fluoride be removed, citing the the terrible scourge of dental fluorosis that is affecting 40% of our children now and the risk of bone cancer. However since he went into government he seems to have done a u-turn.

It appears to be government policy to continue to add this poison regardless of whatever evidence is placed in front of them. Yet on investigation I find there is very little independent science backing the use of fluoride and this is borne out by the York University report from 2000.

Only this week The Examiner printed a damning letter from Cathy Sinnott highlighting the terrible downside of fluoride ingestion, but up until this the mainstream media have been conspicuous by their absence on this very serious issue.

Not that there is a lack of information for them to report on and force the Department of Health to answer the difficult questions. For instance we have the 2002 North South report which highlighted the fact that children in the Republic had three times the incidence of dental fluorosis than those in the Northern Ireland, who did not fluoridate, and that the incidence had increased seven fold between 1984 and 2002.

In 2001 a group of dentists (IDOF) also broke ranks with the mainstream view this decade and brought a case against Mary Harney and her Health Department. This being the same pairing that have since continued to push the HPV vaccine against the backdrop of all the deaths and injuries from the vaccine in the US and Britain. This also being the same pairing who are still behind the continued push to vaccinate every child with the H1N1 vaccine even after the EU Commissioner for health declared it a fraud. So there is clearly a very poor and complicit track record to consider here.

Even now in the US the Centre for Disease Control and the American Dental Association have issued guidelines that fluoridated water should not be given to children under four nor mixed with baby milk formula. The Food Safety Authority of Ireland reported the same thing to the government. However pressure seems to have been applied by government and now they have changed their finding, omitting the desire to stop fluoridating water and replaced it with a statement that all mothers should breast feed, though how this helps most children over a year isn’t explained.

There are even newer reports available now from the US highlighting the clear correlation between fluoridated water areas and the increased incidences of bone cancer, osteoporosis and broken bones, so why are these reports being ignored in Ireland?

A Sordid History

The history of this substance is a very sordid business and the dangerous effects of fluoride seem to have been known by it’s advocates for a very long time. Extensive toxicology studies were done in the US and published in neurotoxicology journals back in the 1994 by Dr Phyllis Mullenix of the Harvard Medical School. It was also presented to the US National Institute of Dental Research who then buried the results.

What the study found was that fluoride could cause a permanent change in the behavior of animals with as little as 3 days exposure. It also documented changes in behavior that included many the symptoms of what psychiatrists are now calling ADHD. It also documented a condition they called “couch potato syndrome” which has all the same symptoms of what we call chronic fatigue syndrome.

Mullenix’s team discovered that the fluoride finds it’s way into the brain which was contrary to what officialdom’s advocates of fluoride say in their literature. Yet they continue this charade despite the fact that these changes to the mental state were known as far back as 1944 when the original fluoride tests were done, as has been discovered in declassified US documents from the Manhatton Project.

The documents reveal a catalogue of deceit including orders from the highest levels for the cessation of all tests regarding mental confusion due to fluoride intake, even though funding had originally been given to carry them out.

However the most cynical document of all was a memo from 1946 from the project’s chief pharmacologist sent to the Colonel in charge regarding chemical releases on the public, identifying fluoride with absolute certainty as the cause of neurological damage and illness. The memo then goes on to state “Would there be any use at making attempts to counteract the local fear of fluoride ……… through lectures in fluoride toxicology and perhaps the usefulness of fluoride in tooth health”.

So it was 1946 that the lie was hatched about dental health and the coverup of the terrible effects on the central nervous system and literally the character of humanity. With all of this known the government of the US then went about promoting fluoride as “good for your teeth” in a marketing plan devised by the recognised king of manipulation of public opinion Edward Bernays, the nephew of Sigmund Freud and the man who convinced women that smoking was good for women’s equality amongst other things.

It seems strikingly obvious that the governments of the old Empire like Canada, Australia, Britain, Ireland and the US have knowingly and deliberately maintained the illusion that fluoride is safe. They have kept this mind altering substance in the water for a reason. Perhaps because a nation of couch potatos would be much easier to control and will not threaten the authority of the elite group who run things?

Confirmation of this hypothesis might be strengthened when one realises that fluoride can be found in many pharmaceuticals including those used in the treatment of depression. What this amounts to is the forced medication of a population. This is illegal under international law since the Nuremberg Code was drafted after the end of World War II.

It is interesting that the issue of mass drugging of populations made it into the Nuremberg code because the Nazis at the Nuremberg trials were guilty of using fluoride in the water supply to their concentration camp prison population to keep them “docile”. I’m sure the Gestapo weren’t interested in the inmates’ children’s healthy teeth.

Don’t think that the Nazis were the first to think of it though. Stalin’s regime used fluoride in the prison water supply from the 1930s as a tranquilizer. This was when the idea was exported to Britain. In testimony to the government in the Un-American Activities Report in 1939 it was revealed that Communist sympathisers in the US has discussed using fluoride to make the population docile while they brought in Communism by degrees in the US upon a lethargic population. Even to the point of keeping a large store of fluoride at each reservior in the event they needed to poison the population to maintain power.

So you see there is a long and established history of mass medication and tranquilizing of the population with this chemical. Fluoride is a highly toxic and lethal substance in very small quantities. It can cause illness and mental disorder, and it can be used to subdue the spirit of anyone who drinks it. As chemist Charles Perkins famously said in 1954 “Any person who drinks artificially fluorinated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person mentally or physically.”

Fluoride is a medication and it is a fact that any medication that is to be allowed used in Ireland MUST be approved by the Irish Medicines Board. Fluoride has never been approved for use in water by the IMB and hence those responsible of keeping it in our water are guilty of a crime.

Finally, one of the most shocking aspects I have discovered about fluoride is that it has been shown that there is a chemical process whereby the fluoride attracts aluminium and tricks the body into allowing it to pass through the blood/brain barrier. It should be noted that studies have shown an increased level of aluminium in the brains of people who suffer from altzhiemers disease, which we all see is on the increase and is affecting people younger and younger to different degrees.

All of these issues are being purposefully ignored by the authorities and when you look at the whole picture, with our isolation in Europe as the only country out of 500 million people who are given no choice but to drink fluoridated water, and the flat out intransigence of the government, you might conclude that we are somehow being used as a mass social experiment in population control. By the way people sit idly by while the politicians are robbing the banks in broad daylight, I think it is working.

As a measure of how cynical this defense of the forced medication of the public is and how far the government, for whatever reason, will go to maintain it, I refer to the constitutional challenge made in 1967. In this case the plaintiff challenged the practice based on a right to bodily integrity. However, the judge ruled that there was no case to answer as the government is not obliged to supply water to the population and the people are not obliged to drink it. Well now the government are trying to introduce water charges I think we will see a new challenge very soon because this man certainly will not be paying for his poison.

It may also have escaped your notice that fluoridated toothpaste used to carry a warning that if you swallow a pea sized amount of toothpaste you should call poison control, however in more recent times this warning has been quietly removed from the instructions on the tube by the manufacturers, as if fluoride magically became safe to swallow.

This persistent and deliberate sidelining of all scientific information that highlights fluoride as the danger to public health that it has always been known to be, is an act of criminality on the part of the people controlling the information. The good people of Ireland must stand up to these criminals and demand prosecutions for the mass poisoning of a population before another generation is destroyed.

Why the government wants to control your paycheck – an attack on the Sovereign movement

This week in the UK a proposal is being discussed by the Inland Revenue to take away control of your weekly or monthly pay from your employers and put it into their hands. The idea is that your employer will make deductions for union fees and pensions and the like, and then the money is paid to the Revenue who will deduct everyone’s tax as they see fit. Finally the Revenue will then pay the balance into your bank account. It is in a consultation period at the moment which ends today, after which they will be making revised proposals to the government to introduce legislation.

Most people would balk at the idea of the government coming anywhere near their private income but the BBC have been selling the story as if it is a fabulous idea that nobody should have any problems with. The way they will spin the idea is that it will save money for companies in accounting and will eliminate the duplication of work between accounts departments in companies and the revenue and the eventual balancing act that occurs. Perhaps there might be a saving overall, there is logic in that, but this is not why they want their hands in your pockets.

That is the question they will not push on the BBC, i.e. why exactly do the government want so desperately to take control of your money and to have access to your bank accounts? This seems quite openly now to be the next big step in the steady construction of the Big Brother state. A state that already sports CCTV cameras everywhere, even in homes, spying on your telecoms and emails, and a campaign of “report on your neighbours” that is disintegrating society.

David Cameron and Nick Clegg campaigned in the election to deconstruct this surveillance system that they blamed the Labour government for constructing, yet, as with every administration in the so called free world, they seem to be doing the complete reverse of what they promised before they were elected and are building upon what has been left to them.

What is the motivation for this though and why now? Well in this writers opinion what we are seeing here is a massive gamble by the government in reaction to the growing understanding amongst the awakened members of the public to the corruption of the system. To be more specific, there has been a huge awakening over the last two or three years to the fact that government is not in fact representing the men and women in the country, but is working for a corporate elite and managing a system of law that is solely commercial in nature.

The Common Law we thought we were living under has been replaced by Commercial or Admiralty Law of the Sea, and is implemented through Statutes and Acts that have no jurisdiction over flesh and blood men and women or above Common Law. These statutes and acts are all contracts and can therefore only be acted upon us with our consent. this is the great fraud.

Remember, if you look in the companies register you will find that the government is now a corporation, as well as every court, police force, council, utility, and even schools,  prisons and all government departments including Revenue.. All operating for profit and generating revenue. Hence the massive increase in legislation with monetary value attached to be extracted from us.

People who have discovered this and have researched remedies to it, have discovered how to beat the system. They have discovered that they can choose weather to operate in the public domain, using their legal fiction corporate entity, i.e. their NAME (all caps), which is registered to the government by your birth certificate and is owned by them and so can be acted upon by them, as it appears on any correspondence with government or utilities etc; or, alternatively people can choose not to use it but to operate in the private as themselves. In doing this they are not contracting commercially with the government system and therefore cannot be acted upon by the system.

How are these two linked? Well by not contracting with the system, people are able to avoid paying fines, taxes, bills etc issued by councils, utilities, courts, police, and revenue. Clearly the information has been spreading far and wide and is becoming a major worry that the scam might be realised by more and more people very quickly, and has forced the government into this kind of knee jerk reaction.

So by taking away control of your pay, the government will give themselves the power to deduct any amount of tax it deems correct. It may also raise tax at will without any possibility of taxation revolt. Furthermore they will have the ability to deduct from your pay any amount from any fines, council charges, court orders, debts, etc before you ever see your money in your account. All of the statutes, that are unenforceable on men and women without their consent, will be monetarily enforced before we even have the chance to lawfully do anything about it

This is how they are going to destroy the sovereign freeman movement which has discovered the corporate corruption that is masquerading as government in western nations. This will become a cashless society where everyone is a state employee in effect and you are dependent upon the state for money. Anyone who steps out of line or harbours opinions that differ from that of the state can then have their lives made very difficult indeed.

This is something that our elders fought against, that even our own crazies in our governments tell us was a terrible evil system when it was operated by Hitler or Stalin or Mau or in any other historical dictatorship. Yet here they are implementing it themselves in a new and improved version that is right out of Orwell’s 1984.

This is not going to be isolated to the UK. They are simply a testing ground to see how easily it can be implemented. Make no mistake, all other countries will follow suit, especially in Europe. Undoubtedly Ireland will be the first to fall in line as usual as they are still in reality under Crown (City of London) rule.

This will force an even bigger sea change in the minds of the people who already understand the fake reality of the system we live in. It will force them to make UK irrelevant. To leave the Corporate UK lawfully and exist as a private man or woman on the land, as many already have. It will mean groups will arise who no longer recognise the jurisdiction of the government over the land and this is going to lead to major conflict with the corporate police state that is being built.

As has happened before during depressions down the centuries, groups or regions are going to start issuing their own money and barter so as to avoid joining the UK Corporate system. This has already started happening in some places as a way of keeping the money in a town or village by issuing town money to trade in local outlets only. This is happening worldwide now as the system starts to crumble.

The black market is going to grow exponentially and the number of people renouncing UK citizenship will likewise increase. This will accelerate the system towards failure. So communities need to get together now and plan for their removal from the overreaching and interference of the Corporate government. By doing this they will hasten the system’s demise and be better placed to prosper when it does.

In a way this kind of outlandish legislative intrusion into our private lives by big government who promised to reverse this trend will only serve to wake up millions more people to the lies as the veneer falls from the tyranny of a government owned by and run for the benefit of an elite group of banking families.

Yet after all that nothing stands up on it’s own merit as a truth without some holes in the story. Nothing more so than this. When you research who owns and controls media and how people in high positions are controlled by blackmail you see how easy and obvious this is.

They do this in exactly the same way that mainstream media deals with the entire 911 truth movement.

This means that even if the 911 lie is eventually exposed by this gatekeeping exercise by these people, and a few show trials are allowed by the elites of one or two fall guys, then the most powerful tool (the media) of the controllers and perpetrators of 911 will remain unscathed and free to continue their work of brainwashing the public

Global revolt against deadly vaccines spreads as cases of debilitating illnesses, soft-kill side-effects and even instant deaths become widespread

Cases of debilitating illnesses, soft-kill side-effects and even instant deaths as a result of vaccinations across the world are skyrocketing as the cover-up of deadly inoculations implodes and more people than ever become suspicious about what they are being injected with by health authorities who have proven they cannot be trusted.

The implosion of the vaccine cover-up is sure to discourage more parents from vaccinating their children in the coming months, with the swine flu shot now being combined with the regular seasonal flu jab. A recent Rasmussen poll found that 52 per cent of Americans were concerned about the safety of vaccinesas we approach the start of school and college terms, where many children and teenagers will be “required” to take shots before they can attend.

A global revolt against dangerous vaccines is brewing following a series of cases where children have been killed as a direct result of inoculations.

A measles vaccination program in India was halted after four children died almost immediately after receiving the shot. “Four children died within minutes of receiving a vaccine for measles followed by drops of Vitamin A solution on Saturday,” reports MedGuru.

Indian newspaper reports carried eyewitness accounts of what happened. “The four children were reported to have fainted soon after they were vaccinated and witnesses reported seeing the children’s eyes roll back as they began to have seizures,” reports Blitz.

Furious villagers reacted to the tragedy by going on a rampage, attacking health workers and holding government doctors hostage.

Health professionals and doctors with government ties were also blamed in Finland and Sweden after aH1N1 vaccination program was halted following a 300 per cent increase in cases of the neurological disorder narcolepsy amongst children and young people who had received the shot over the last six months.

According to Kari Lankinen, head physician of the Finnish Medicines Agency, doctors were complicit in hiding the link between the swine flu shot and narcolepsy and did so to advance their careers.

Meanwhile, concerned mothers whose daughters have been injured or killed by the Gardasil vaccine have put together a website that documents the truth about how the vaccine has killed and injured thousands of young girls since it was introduced in 2006. Thousands of teenagers have suffered adverse reactions and at least 71 have died from the vaccine since the HPV program was launched four years ago.

The global vaccine cover-up took a massive blow after it was confirmed that the 2009 swine flu outbreak was, as we predicted from the start, a contrived scam centered around making vast profits for pharmaceutical companies while endangering the health of the public.

As we reported earlier this year, Chair of the Council of Europe’s Sub-committee on Health Wolfgang Wodarg’s investigation into the 2009 swine flu outbreak found that the pandemic was a fake hoax manufactured by pharmaceutical companies in league with the WHO.

Wodarg said that governments were “threatened” by special interest groups within the pharmaceutical industry as well as the WHO to buy the vaccines and inject their populations without any reasonable scientific reason for doing so, and yet in countries like Germany and France only around 6 per cent took the vaccine despite enough being available to cover 90 per cent of the population.

Wodarg said there was “no other explanation” for what happened than the fact that the WHO worked in cahoots with the pharmaceutical industry to manufacture the panic in order to generate vast profits, agreeing with host Alex Jones that the entire farce was a hoax.

He also explained how health authorities were “already waiting for something to happen” before the pandemic started and then exploited the virus for their own purposes.

Professor Ulrich Keil, director of the World Health Organization’s Collaborating Centre for Epidemiology, also slammed the swine flu epidemic as an overblown “angst campaign”, devised in conjunction with major drug companies to boost profits for vaccine manufacturers.

As Natural News’ Mike Adams reported, several members of the Emergency Committee expert panel that advised the World Health Organization (WHO) during the swine flu scare were receiving financial support from pharmaceutical manufacturers either during or prior to the epidemic.

Both H1N1 and seasonal flu shots have been linked with a number of different side-effects across the globe, including Guillain-Barré Syndrome as well as dystonia, a paralyzing neurological disorder.

The seasonal flu vaccine has also been linked with convulsions and fits in under-5′s.

Many batches of the swine flu vaccine included squalene and mercury amongst their ingredients, two substances that have been directly connected with the explosion of autism amongst children as well as other diseases. Individuals within government and the military were privileged to receive additive free shots that did not include these substances. German Chancellor Angela Merkel and government ministers, as well as German soldiers, were amongst those who received access to the so-called “friendly” version of the vaccine.

In order to head off legal claims for side-effects caused by the swine flu vaccination program, the U.S. government provided vaccine makers with blanket legal immunity before the shots began to be dispersed.

Citing concerns over safety, Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Health Minister Ewa Kopacz, with the broad support of the public, ensured that Poland was the only country in the world to completely reject the H1N1 vaccine.

“We are making this decision only in the interest of the Polish patient and the taxpayer,” Tusk said. “We will not take part because it’s not honest and it’s not safe for the patient.”

In a 2008 trial for a bird flu vaccine, three Polish doctors and six nurses faced criminal charges after the vaccine killed 21 homeless people who were participating in the test.

The Czech Republic rejected a swine flu vaccine produced by pharmaceutical manufacturer Baxter after the company was caught shipping vaccines contaminated with deadly live H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries by a lab at an Austrian branch of Baxter.

Given the routinely stated goal on behalf of mega-rich foundations that fund vaccination programs around the world, such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation, to use vaccines as a way of sterilizing the planet’s population as part of the global eugenics soft-kill assault on humanity, it’s unsurprising that as more people become aware of this agenda, take-up rates of new as well as seasonal vaccines continue to decline.

As Jurriaan Maessen recently documented in his Infowars exclusive, in its 1968 yearly report, the Rockefeller Foundation acknowledged funding the development of so-called “anti-fertility vaccines” and their implementation on a mass-scale.

This program was then launched by a group that was created under auspices of the World Health Organization, World Bank and UN Population Fund entitled “Task Force on Vaccines for Fertility Regulation”. In the 1990′s, the WHO was mired in controversy after it distributed a “tetanus vaccine” to poor girls and women in the third world that was contaminated with human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG), a hormone that induces involuntary abortion.

During a TED conference earlier this year, Bill Gates openly stated that vaccines would be used to lower the earth’s population in the name of combating climate change. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is one of the major funders of vaccine research and production in the third world.

Warning that the global population was heading towards 9 billion, Gates said, “If we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services (abortion), we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 per cent.”

Quite how an improvement in health care and vaccines that supposedly save lives would lead to a lowering in global population is an oxymoron, unless Gates was referring to vaccines that sterilize people, which is precisely the same method advocated in White House science advisor John P. Holdren’s 1977 textbook Ecoscience, which calls for a dictatorial “planetary regime” to enforce draconian measures of population reduction via all manner of oppressive techniques, including sterilization.

With people globally becoming increasingly aware of the role of vaccines in the agenda to reduce world population, the cover-up of debilitating diseases, soft kill side-effects, and instant fatalities as a result of vaccinations will continue to implode, until authorities are forced by law to implement vastly more stringent screening procedures and remove the toxic additives from vaccines that are causing these deaths and diseases.

If Government and big Agribusiness have their way

You have no right to grow your own food nor to decide for yourself what you consume! Sounds ridiculous right? Absolutely, but is it really that far away from becoming a reality?

Well, recent developments in the USA have brought into sharp focus this worldwide trend towards the control of our food supply by a small number of large agribusinesses assisted by governments. You may ask why does this affect Ireland if it is overseas? So I will show you that this is something we are getting a very clear heads up to now as it starts to spread around the world. We can be forewarned and thus forearmed.

Last week saw the latest in a series of raids by armed police and Federal agents in the US against growers and producers of organic vegetables, meat, eggs and raw milk. The people who produce this food for their own use form growers trading clubs and share produce.

Los Angeles police with guns drawn raided a grocery store, risking possible fatal encounters with staff who may have appeared holding temperature testing guns. The reason given for the raid was to confiscate unpasteurised milk.

Two things leap out that feel wrong about this. Firstly the extreme force used, and secondly, where does the government thinks it derives a right to tell anybody they cannot drink raw cows milk?

This incident was the only one of many that have happened over the last 24 month that was covered by the media. This was probably due to the fact that the CCTV footage of the raid went viral on the internet, otherwise we may never have heard of yet another government stampede over individual rights.

There have been many other raids on organic food stores and farms, confiscating tens of thousands of dollars of produce which then spoils, plus computers and equipment that is never returned. The victims of these raid have to start again and see it as intimidation tactics by government agencies corrupted by insiders from the large agribusiness companies like Monsanto and DuPont who are attempting to control the nations food by forcing smaller producers out of business.

Is this paranoia or there any truth in their concerns? Well, on investigation we find the who’s who of the federal agencies that control food is indeed populated by a raft of ex employees of Monsanto and DuPont, from scientists and lawyers to lobbyists. Many of these people have been appointed by the current US administration.

Even Obama’s “Food Csar” Michael Taylor was the vice president of Monsanto. He was given the VP job ironically after serving as head of the government’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the Clinton era when they ruled that Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) in crops did not need any labeling on food products. Even more cynical is that he was Monsanto’s lawyer working on the food labeling prior to the FDA job. Needless to say Monsanto is the biggest proponent and manufacturer of GMO crops in the world, so if ever there was a case of a serious conflict of interests this is it.

More worrying still for organic farmers is that of two of the nine Supreme Court Justices recently appointed are ex Monsanto or have sided with them in cases taken by organic farmers who’s land has been contaminated by their GMO seeds.

So we see a trail of corruption developing here, and now we must remember these are international companies and they are pushing their GMO wares all round the world. How? By lobbying, by gaining inside positions in government and by legislation.

For example Britain’s new food and agriculture minister Caroline Spelman, up to taking the job, owned and ran a GMO lobbying company with her husband that now lobbies her own department. In fact the business is still registered to her London flat. Similar stories of insiders can be found in other countries and the EU.

Legislation is now being passed in the EU to allow Monsanto’s GM crops despite the refusal by some national governments and the populations. The problem with it is that once it is planted it spreads and infects organic crops as nature cannot be controlled by man to that extent no matter how many assurances they give you

In the US the ironically named “Food Safety Bill” S.510 is currently being forced through the Senate. This bill was written by the lobbyists of the big agribusiness companies and puts so many extraneous requirements on small growers that they will be financially unable to comply. It will also force them to vaccinate animals and use chemicals on crops that go totally against the point of organic “as nature intended” food. The heavy handed methods that have been used to date will undoubtedly be employed again and will put small holders out of business.

Legislation in the extreme can be seen in the post Iraq invasion treaty for government, wherein Iraqi farmers are only allowed to use “Roundup ready seed” supplied by Monsanto. This is GM seed and only grows using their particular fertilizer that activates it. Further they are not allowed to keep seeds to plant for the following year and must buy again. This happens in India too with the cotton crop and will soon be in Europe, as trials are underway as we speak.

Down the line we are expecting also legislation that criminalises the sale of dietary supplements and herbs under the Codex Alimentarius rules currently attempting to be implemented in US and EU health legislation. This would put them in the realms of the medical profession and only be available on prescription as drugs.

So in summary, what we are seeing is the proponents of GM food taking over the administrative and legislative bodies all over the world. We see new legislation to allow GM crops to be planted and infect natural crops. We see resistance to labeling of GM crops in foods so we cannot have free choice to avoid them. We see laws making it impossible to grow organic crops. We see laws banning the sale of meat, eggs or milk that doesn’t come from animal treated with vaccines, or that hasn’t been pasteurised or irradiated. We see laws coming to prevent us from supplementing our diets to the proven nutrient deficient GM foods; or using natural remedies and cures.

When you look at it all together even the most skeptical mind might say, there seems to be an agenda going on here ! There seems to be a clear collusion between big agribusiness, government and pharmaceuticals in the drive to control the entire food chain and all matters relating to the health of the body and it doesn’t seem to have our interests at it’s heart. Soon it seems it will be a criminal offense to grow carrots in your garden without strict government licensing and regulations and woe betide you if you dare eat as nature intended.

If you think this is one step beyond crazy then you must do something to stop it after reading this article. Research and contact those people making these decisions and voice your commitment to oppose them. Let them know you are aware of what is going on and demand of them to stand up and represent the people’s interests, and not big business.

Let’s examine the deliberate media vaccine bias

This is just an exercise in examinining how the mainstream press are untrustworthy and not to be believed. The story that came up Saturday was the story of the now almost 19 year old Robert Fletcher who, as is reported in the Daily Mail has just been awarded £90,000 from the Vaccines Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS) in the UK. A pretty derisory amount considering his entire life has been taken away, leaving him with the mind of a 14 month old, unable to walk, extreme bouts of epilepsy, and prone to many other illnesses.

However, the most important part of this case is the ruling. That being that the cause of Robert’s life destroying disabilities and brain damage was the MMR 3 in 1 vaccine he received at ages 13 months. The panel of two doctors and one barrister at the appeal hearing ruled the MMR as the cause despite the attempts to use the “not proved beyond a doubt” or “coincidence” get out that is used by every pharmaceutical company for every incidence of death or injury from every vaccine

This case should be the key to the door, the leak in the floodgates that finally starts the tearing down of the veil of secrecy and lies perpetrated by the government and medical profession over the safety of vaccines for decades. It was the golden moment for the free press to shine and go for the jugular and start real debate. To ask all the relevent questions and pull out the real data on vaccine damage and the real situation regarding the corruption of the law surrounding claims of damage and the lack of data being collated by the authorities on exactly what is causing all the human waste Ah, but then the Daily Mail got hold of the story and this is what happened

Look at the way this so called journalist has reported this story. The case was a matter of public record so it couldn’t be ignored and had to be covered by the newspapers. So Martin Delgado has done so but has gone to pains to make sure it reads as nothing more than an irrelevant blip, despite the findings of the panel.

On half a dozen occasions in the article he stresses that there is no proven link between MMR and brain damage or autism; and on 4 separate occasions he take the opportunity to link in the completely unrelated story of Dr Robert Wakefield and slates him based on a corrupt ruling by a bought and paid for Medical Council decision. Repeat, repeat, repeat a lie until it becomes the truth, wasn’t that Stalin’s mantra? Well Martin seems to have been taught this method.

Then to round it off he finishes with the expected post script of the MMR being perfectly safe according to scientific studies, while never actually referring to any or the sources and their links to pharma and the elite foundations. So by the time the reader gets to the end of the article they have forgotten that it was about the MMR being ruled the cause of disablement and come away with the idea that MMR is safe and anyone who says otherwise should be struck off.

Do you see how this controlled corrupt press writing works now? They must report it so they spin it. This highlights to us most distinctly why we cannot trust anything we read in the mainstream press. For if we could then why would they not do a piece on the ruling that opened the up debate, asking a lot of questions that then forced the medical fraternity to enter the debate to defend their vaccines with real independent data instead of corrupt corporate data.

Family win 18 year fight over MMR damage to son: £90,000 payout is first since concerns over vaccine surfaced

A mother whose son suffered severe brain damage after he was given the controversial MMR vaccine as a baby has been awarded £90,000 compensation.
The judgment is the first of its kind to be revealed since concerns were raised about the safety of the triple jab.

He endures frequent epileptic fits and requires round-the-clock care from his parents Jackie and John, though he is not autistic.
He suffered the devastating effects after being given the combined measles, mumps and rubella vaccine when he was 13 months old.

The Department of Health had always denied that the jab was the cause of Robert’s disability.
But now, in a judgment which will give hope to hundreds of other parents whose children have been severely affected by routine vaccinations, a medical assessment panel consisting of two doctors and a barrister has concluded that MMR was to blame.

Robert’s mother Jackie said the money would help with his care, though she described the amount as ‘derisory’.

Her first application for compensation under the Government’s Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme was rejected in 1997 on the grounds that it was impossible to prove beyond reasonable doubt what had caused Robert’s illness.
But Mrs Fletcher appealed and in a ruling delivered last week, a new panel of experts came to a different conclusion.

In a six-page judgment, they said: ‘Robert was a more or less fit boy who, within the period usually considered relevant to immunisation, developed a severe convulsion… and he then went on to be epileptic and severely retarded.

‘The seizure occurred ten days after the vaccination. In our view, this cannot be put down to coincidence.

‘It is this temporal association that provides the link. It is this that has shown on the balance of probabilities that the vaccination triggered the epilepsy.
‘On this basis, we find that Robert is severely disabled as a result of vaccination and this is why we allowed the appeal.’

The ruling will reignite the debate over the safety of common childhood vaccines, although it makes clear that Robert’s case does not involve autism.
There is one other reported case of a family being given compensation as a result of an MMR jab.
But Mrs Fletcher said she believed the compensation award to Robert was the first to a surviving MMR-damaged person since controversy erupted in 1998 when the now discredited Dr Andrew Wakefield raised concerns about a possible link between the combined MMR injection and autism. He has since been struck off the medical register.

The Government refuses to say how many awards have been directly attributed to this jab rather than other inoculations against illnesses such as diphtheria or whooping cough.
Details of successful claims involving vaccine-damaged children are seldom publicised because the Department of Health is thought to be anxious not to encourage a rush of applications.
Figures released in 2005 under the Freedom of Information Act revealed that tribunals had paid out £3.5 million over the previous eight years.

The Department for Work and Pensions, which administers the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme, said: ‘We do not hold any information on how many awards have been MMR-related.
‘It is not a requirement when a case is being assessed for the medical adviser to state which vaccine the damage has been attributed to.

‘Nor is it a requirement to list the disabling condition that gave rise to the award.’
The controversy over a suggested link between MMR and autism erupted in 1998 when Dr Wakefield published a paper in The Lancet medical journal.

His work has since been discredited and earlier this year Dr Wakefield, who has moved to America, was struck off the medical register after the General Medical Council ruled that he had acted against the interests of patients and ‘failed in his duties as a responsible consultant’.

Robert Fletcher does not suffer from autism. But Mrs Fletcher, from Warrington, Cheshire, said the ruling would give hope to hundreds of other parents fighting to prove that their children’s disabilities were caused by the MMR injection.

Support. Around 2,000 families seeking compensation for their vaccine-damaged children are registered with the group, which provides advice and support.

‘My husband John and I have battled for 18 years for the cause of Robert’s disability to be officially recognised,’ she said. ‘We were told the vaccine was perfectly safe. Like most people, we trusted what the doctors and nurses were putting to us.

‘Robert is nearly 19 but mentally he is like a 14-month-old toddler. He can’t stand unaided and he is doubly incontinent. ‘He can’t speak except to say “Hi, Mum” or “Hi, Daddy”.
‘We chop up his food and have to anticipate all his needs. He is prone to various illnesses and last week suffered around 40 severe epileptic seizures.

‘In April this year, we thought we’d lost him. He contracted a chest infection and had to go to hospital for several days.

‘He is such a lovely boy. When he’s not ill, he’s so cheerful and seems to take everything on the chin. In between seizures he says “Hi, Mum” and tries to kiss me.

‘The money is a derisory amount though it will help with making adaptations to the house for Robert’s benefit.

‘What matters is the recognition that MMR was the reason this happened.’

The first doctor who assessed Robert under the compensation scheme in 1996 concluded that he had suffered a ‘simple febrile convulsion with no long-lasting consequences’. Although he agreed that Robert had a degree of disability, he refused to accept that the MMR vaccine was to blame.
At this month’s appeal, evidence was given by a leading expert on vaccine-damaged children, paediatric neurologist Dr Marcel Kinsbourne. He explained the biological changes which had occurred in Robert’s brain following the vaccination.

The one-day hearing was chaired by a barrister sitting with two doctors, Professor Sundara Lingam, a former consultant at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, and Dr Adrian Allaway.

In a dissenting judgment, Professor Lingam said he believed Robert was ‘genetically predisposed to epilepsy and that the vaccination triggered it rather than caused it.

‘Robert would have developed epilepsy in any event, even if he had not had the vaccination’.
But Professor Lingam was overruled by his two colleagues.

In their final judgment, they accepted that MMR had caused Robert’s illness but added: ‘We would stress that this decision is fact-specific and it should not be seen as a precedent for any other case.

‘In particular, it has no relevance to the issue… as to whether there is a link between the MMR vaccine and autism.’

Last night, Tory MP Nadine Dorries, a member of the powerful Commons Health Committee, said: ‘If an independent panel has reached the conclusion that there has been a link between the MMR vaccine and the brain damage suffered by this boy in this case, then it is fair to assume that there could be as many as thousands of children and parents in the same position.

‘There should be full and easy access to all documentation relating to the judgment for any parent or professional to read and assess.’

Dr Michael Fitzpatrick, a London GP whose own son is autistic, said: ‘It is a very important principle that parents should be compensated in cases of this kind. ‘But although a causal link has been established in law in this instance, exhaustive scientific research has failed to establish any link between MMR and brain damage.

‘This case should not make parents feel any different about the safety of the vaccine.’
The Department of Health said: ‘This decision reflects the opinion of a tribunal on the specific facts of the case and they were clear that it should not be seen as a precedent for any other case.
‘The safety of MMR has been endorsed through numerous studies in many countries.’
